My Grandmother loved telling stories of how it was growing up in the small town of Kabelv\u00e5g. Even in early autumn it was cold, and the suits we were wearing helped against the wind. Two of them did appear, but they did not stay for long. So, we sailed a to a different place where there were more of them. We sailed past traditional fishing houses and boats &#8211; what has quickly become the symbol of Lofoten internationally. We also sailed past the wooden racks used to dry stockfish.
